    Dubai Marina (Arabic: مرسى دبي‎) is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, built along a two-mile (3 km) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2016, it has a population of 45,395.[citation needed] When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas.[1] It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. It is the largest single phase residential development in the world and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses.

Jumeirah Beach Residence was launched in August 2002 from the developer, Dubai Properties (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding) with the cost of 6 billion dirham and was completed in 2007. The Walk at JBR restaurant and shopping strip, which is adjacent to the beach behind JBR, is a very popular location for Al Fresco dining. There are five hotels, rated as 5 star or 4 star, three of which are purpose-built hotels, while the other two are converted residential towers.

Downtown Dubai offers a range of high-end hotels such as Address Downtown, Vida Downtown, Al Manzil Downtown, as well as attractions such as a luxury Arabian market, Souk Al Bahar and a 3.5 km-long strip of restaurants and cafes on Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Boulevard. Souk Al Bahar has over 100 shops and over 20 restaurans, cafes and lounges adjacent to the Dubai Fountains

    The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, created using land reclamation by Nakheel which extends into the Persian Gulf. It is part of a larger series of developments called the Palm Islands, including Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira, which, when completed, will together increase Dubai's shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres (320 mi).[1] It has an estimated population of 10,500 as of 2016.[citation needed] It is located on the Jumeirah coastal area of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.

    Payment depends on the services you want from bnbme. Our prices range from 15%-25% of the net rental income. There are additional costs that come with registering with the DTCM. This fee will be deducted from your first month’s payment.

    bnbme believes that, because it is your property, you should be able to use it whenever you like. All you have to do is let us know the dates that you want to use your property and we will block them off for you. There is no cost when you use your own property. The only fee involved is our property cleaning fee following your stay.

    Your agreement with us has no lock-in period which makes it easy for you to take your property off the market whenever you want. We do ask that you honor the bookings that are already committed—even after you have taken your property off the market—by either using the original property or helping to rehouse the customers. If the rehousing cost is more than the original cost then you will be responsible for paying the difference.

    Yes. bnbme manages properties both nationally and internationally. Most of our current clients are in India, Pakistan, the UK, and East Africa. You do not need to be physically present for us to manage your property. A big part of our services is that we pay all bills and fees on your behalf to make property management as little a stress for you as possible.

    Definitely. Many of the apartments or villas that we represent have been furnished by us and our designers. For a small fee, we do the shopping, furnish the property, and send you the bill.
